A pants suit from 1942 with a nautical flair has wide leg, slightly flared trousers. A bonus pattern piece for an optional in-seam right pocket is included. Button-up top can be made with either short or long sleeves. Top has sailor collar with braid trim or notched collar , both with side slits. Darted sleeve caps have custom shoulder pads.
PDF versions include a copy shop print version as well as a letter/A4 version that you can print out at home. A picture of the inspiration pattern has been provided. The pattern has been scanned and graded from the original inspiration pattern. As vintage sizing has been used, I recommend making a muslin for fitting purposes.
