A 1957 dress with two skirt styles. Fitted skirt has front pleats, back kick pleat and optional fabric belt.. Full skirt includes bonus pattern piece to add a pocket on the right side. Bodice with with self-facings, kimono sleeves and front darts can be. trimmed with novelty braid trim at neckline or with a ribbon band under bust line finished with bow at center back.
PDF versions include a copy shop print version as well as a letter/A4 version that you can print out at home. A picture of the inspiration pattern has been provided. The pattern has been scanned and graded from the original inspiration pattern. As vintage sizing has been used, I recommend making a muslin for fitting purposes.
